Meditation is a state of inner peace. It is a process of looking inside, into our heart and soul. In doing so we start realizing ourselves and our surroundings from a new, positive perspective. We start reaching for an inner wisdom which reinforces our connection with the source of all life.

Today's modern trends push us to live faster and faster lives. This pushes us out of the boundaries of what is our natural rhythm. We start feeling tired, anxious, depressed etc. It is like our emotional and mental levels start collapsing, which can also result in physical illness. If we learn to take time for ourselves and if not attending formal class of meditation, start practicing our own meditation, something that simply feels right for us, that relaxes us, charges our batteries and connects us with ourselves (which can simply be a walk, a meditation in silence, listening to relaxing music, swimming...), will work miracles. When we feel down, it is usually because we are out of balance with the natural rhythm of our bodies and other aspects of our beings. In life we always need to strive for a balance between body, mind and spirit!

Meditation technique

In a very peaceful and tranquil environment, surrounded with relaxing angelic music, we comfortably close our eyes, relax and start breathing the light of our creator. We connect with our spirit guides and angels that will help us and guide us on our path of connecting with higher wisdom. This combined with our purpose of true love and light, creates a very powerful energy field that will help us transform any lower patterns or emotions and help us expand our awareness to the levels of pure love and light. From that step further on, each meditation will be guided according to the topic of that class.

Beside the guided meditations, each class also consists of theoretical introduction and a lot of practical work, often done in pairs of students. The group usually consists of up to 20 people, which enables much more intensive learning for each individual participant.

Beginner’s Level

Beginner’s Level is meant for people who are pure beginners as well as for those who already have some experience with meditation. There are 11 levels through the whole course and we will cover many different aspects of spiritual and self-development and everyone's questions will get answered. The beginner’s level starts with activating and clearing the energy centres – chakras, expanding awareness and aligning ourselves with our higher self. We will be working with Love and Light, and when we open our heart to this amazing force, it truly transforms our lives as well as our personalities, for the better. In this level we will be learning how to flow the energy, release any type of blockage, accept and pass on healing energy, harmonize and balance all levels of our being and communicate with the enlightened realms of spirit guides, angels and ascended masters.
